This extraordinary choir was founded in 1926 and has toured extensive in the UK and abroad (USA, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Poland). This album presents classical cantorial and liturgical songs, Sephardic (Judeo-Spanish) songs, Chassidic pieces and modern Israeli compositions, a cappella and accompanied by renowned pianist Yvonne Behar.
