Dancer Gül has developed a unique studying method which allows anyone to study the basic
rules of oriental dance. Gül's familiarity with the various styles of oriental dance, her deep
experience as a an instructor, her status as an international choreographer and contributor to
this culture, makes her an expert on oriental dance.
The program includes 10 chapters. Each chapter features basic steps and techniques,
various combinations and exercise sessions. The different filming angles allows a full view and understanding of all movements (just like a genuine face-to-face session at the studio).
The program also includes warm-up and stretching. Bonus materials include a live
performance in Turkey and one studio performance.
