Business conditions regulates process of making contracts, when CD's and DVD's are sold.

Ordering goods

Our goods you can order by telephone, e-mail, fax or via our E-shop. The Order is obligatory. Seller can delete order only in case, when ordered good is not available because the producer stopped production of this good. In case there are some orders which are actually not on our store, customer may cancel these titles by email.

Delivery dates

When we have ordered title in storage, delivery date is two days. in other cases is delivery date individual and costumer will be informed.

Prices

Price for ordered good is placed in order before confirm. Changes in values made when the order was handled don't belong to sent order.

Payment conditions

We send our goods by mail on delivery. Prices are set by Czech Post. Costumers can use direct debit, to our account. Costumer will receive tax document for ordered goods.

Contract Assignation

You can assign our contract if the date value is for you inconvenient.

Customer´s protection of name and description

Your name and description will be regulated by Czech law system. Your descriptions will serve only for realization of your order. They aren't given to other hands or presumed.
